Our Zaatar is a combination of aromatic spice mixture with sesame seeds. It has a unique Herby flavor and considered as 100% Vegetarian.
The original use of Zaatar is mainly for Mankoucheh traditional pie, it also could be served on top of pizza pies, for croissant filling, marinated with chicken breast or meat and/or spread on small pies for appetizers
