Maamoul cookies
The Maamoul cookies are traditional arabic sweets served in the Middle East during special holidays, most especially during Easter time and Ramadan time. There are made from semolina case filled with 3 kinds: Walnuts, Pistachios, or Dates. Each kind has a special shape and design.
