Introducing the concept of Bouquet Garni

The Bouquet Grani known aslo as "Garnished Bouquet" os a bundle of herbs mainly used to prepare soup, sauces, stocks and various stews.

The natural and aromatic ingredients of our Fish, Poultry and Meat are bound with a string; instead they are filled into a small sachet, such as TEA STRAINER and are boiled with the other ingredients, and removed prior to consumption.
