Scope of Certification: Manufacturing of Spices, Herbs, Ready Mix, Puddings, Baking Items, Processing & Packing of dry legumes and seeds, wheat derivatives, rice, sugar, salt and tree nuts, from receipt of raw materials to dispatch of finished products from warehouse.

These 2 programs include employee's permanent training and coaching including performance appraisal; hazard assessment, analysis and control; hygiene procedures; pest control, emergency programs, production/product quality and food safety controls; traceability system, recall/withdrawal/unsafe procedures; as well as equipment, preventive maintenance, allergen management , internal audits, management review, minutes of meeting and more.
