Ingredient
- Chicken (whole or Breast, or legs, ..)
- SHP Chicken Broasted Powder
- Oil for Frying
1- Cut the chicken into pieces, and wash in cold water
2-Pierce the pieces with a fork
3- Roll the pieces in SHP " Chicken Broasted Powder"
4- Fry the pieces in cooking oil at high temprature
5- The fryer should be covered while frying
