Recipe of the Month: Kafta with pine nuts (Kafta b’Snobar)    
Ingredient
� 450g of lamb, ground
� 150g of onion, finely chopped
� 10g of parsley, finely chopped
� 5g of salt
� 1g of pepper
� 10g of butter
� 25g of pine nuts
� 350g of tomato paste

1- Kafta Preparation: Mix the lamb meat (ground), onion, parsley, salt, and pepper together. Segregate the mixed meat into portion by the use of tablespoon, and roll to form finger shape (7 cm)
2- In a Baking pan, spread some oil, pour over meat rolls, add some pine nuts on top, and finely cover with tomato paste. ( you can add half cup of water (optional))
3- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes in moderate oven.
4- Serve hot with �salad� or �chickpeas dip� to the side.
