Recipe of the Month: Broiled fish with Spice sauce (sémak mishwi ma’ salsa harra)    
Ingredient
1- 1640g of fish
2- 6g of garlic
3- 40g of oil
4- 225g of coriander green/fresh
5- 6g of garlic, minced
6- 1.5g of salt
7- 1g of pepper
8- 1g of hot pepper (optional)
9- 80g of lemon juice

1- Clean the selected fish of your own with fresh lemon and hard salt
2- Broil in oven or on charcoal
3- Mash the garlic cloves. In a seperate pan heat the oil
4- Brown the mashed garlic in hot oil
5- Add green sliced coriander to the above mix and salt to taste
6-To prepare the hot sauce: Mix the minced garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice all together along with the fried mix
7- After the fish are well done, use a different flat pan, put the fish on low fire and add the sauce. Let it cook for 3 minutes
8- Serve cold
