Easy and tasty baked fish recipe with drizzled tahini sauce and roasted nuts
Instructions
  1. Use a blender and mix 1 cup ( 120g) of Tahini powder with 2 cups (350g) water.
  2. Shake Tahini Sauce.
  3. In separate bowl, toss together Tahini sauce, diced onion, red and yellow paprika, coriander. Season with olive oil and salt. Sprinkle Lemon Zest.
  4. Place Baked fish in flat platter.
  5. Pour the above mixed Tahini sauce and vegetables over the baked Fish. Top with roasted pine nuts and walnut.
