  1. Cleaning & Seasoning the Chicken: Soak the chicken in vinegar for 5 minutes; rinse with cold water then dry them with paper towels. Cut the chicken to allow the garlic sauce reach inside.
  2. Garlic sauce: Place the garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoon of olive oil in a blender/food processor. Spin for 2-3 minutes, then add gradually the lemon juice and spin again for additional 2 minutes or until you get a creamy nice sauce.
  3. Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes, salt
  4. Preheat the oven 420 F /220 °C. Place the chicken on bottom of a deep baking tray and potatoes on top. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
  5. When the chicken is well done, remove the tray from oven, drain excess liquids, pour the garlic sauce all over and mix gently . Put again in the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the potatoes are golden.
  6. Serve Warm with garlic paste sauce aside and Fattoush Green Salad and Enjoy!
