Preparation:

For Dipping:

Mix 100g Zaa’tar Mix + 100ml. Olive Oil and stir well before serving

For Spreading / Stuffing (Manakish / Croissant filling Type)

Mix 100g Zaa’tar Mix + 50ml. Olive Oil + 50ml of vegetable oil and stir well before serving

For Seasoning:

Sprinkled on top of pizza pies

Used in both sweet and savory cooking for its delicate pine-resin aroma.
Also commonly used in Middle Eastern milk and vanilla ice cream recipes.
