Corn Flour

Preparation:

In sauces and Soups:

Add 1 teaspoon to each half liter of liquid.
Stir well. Put on medium heat until it reaches desired thickness.

In Desserts/ Puddings:

Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour + 1 tablespoon of powdered milk + 1 tablespoon of sugar (adjust to taste).
Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil on low heat and keep stirring constantly until it reaches desired thickness, then add 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water and turn off the heat.
