Seasoned Fish Broasted Powder

Preparation:

Rinse Fish

Beat and Dry:

* Dip into slightly beaten egg or milk, then into crispy seasoned bread crumbs mix.

Coat:

* Coat evenly on both sides, press crumbs on firmly. Repeat if thicker breading is desired.

Fry:

* Fry Slowly 175°C until brown, allowing a few minutes for each side.

or

Bake:

* Preheat oven 220°C. Spray slightly with oil.
* Bake Fish on foil-lined shallow baking pan for about 12 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
