Preparation:
PLACE 1KG OF RAW & CLEAN CHICKEN PIECES IN THE COOKING BAG. ADD THE SEASONING MIX INSIDE, THEN CLOSE FIRMLY WITH ITS TIE.
SHAKE THE BAG GENTLY TO COVER THE CHICKEN, THEN PLACE IT ON AN OVEN TRAY AND PUNCTURE WITH A FORK.
PLACE THE TRAY IN THE PREHEATED OVEN (200°C), ALLOWING SPACE FOR THE BAG TO EXPAND WHILE COOKING.
COOK FOR 45-50 MINUTES THEN CAREFULLY CUT THE BAG TO TRANSFER THE CHICKEN INTO A SERVING DISH.
