Preparation:
USE BLENDER
1-Pour 160 mL (5.4 fl oz) of cold/iced water in a blender.
Add the creamy hummus powder sachet.
Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
2-Blend on high speed by adding slowly and gradually 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) vegetable oil (optional). Keep blending until you get a creamy texture.
3-Refrigerate covered before serving
