Custard Choco

Preparation:

In a saucepan, mix 1 cup of milk (250 ml) + 1 cup of water (250 ml) + 2 tablespoon of Sugar + 3 tablespoon of custard powder. (you can substitute the crystallized sugar with any other alternative sweetener of choice)
Stir continuously with a whisk, put on low heat and bring to a boil. Keep stirring until mixture is thickened and smooth, with no lumps. Avoid sticking and burning.
To Serve, pour into serving bowls.
Allow to cool a bit before refrigerating. Cover or wrap the pudding to avoid any skin forming. Takes 2 hours to set in the fridge.

You can decorate with banana slices and biscuit crisps and finish with some whipping cream.
