1-Pour 110 mL (3.7 fl oz) of cold water in a blender. Add the garlic sachet. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
2-Blend on high speed by adding slowly and gradually 140 ml (4.7 fl oz) vegetable oil.
Keep blending until you get a white creamy garlic sauce
