Preparation:
Shawarma Meat – Marination Powder Mix 50g (1.76 oz)
Serves for 454g / 1lb raw meat
1. Prepare Sauce: mix the content of 1 sachet with 37.5ml (1.27fl oz) water. Add gradually 37.5ml (1.27fl oz) vegetable oil.
2. Marinade: mix the marination sauce with sliced beef. Let it rest covered in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
Creamy Hummus Powder Mix 100g (3.5 oz) (Use a small food processor / Blender)
1. Pour 150g. (5.1 oz) of water in a blender. Add the creamy hummus powder sachet. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Add 40g. vegetable or olive oil. Keep blending until you get a creamy texture. Refrigerate covered before serving.
Tarator Powder Mix 85g (3fl oz) (Use a small food processor / Blender)
1. Pour 150g (5.1fl oz) of cold/iced water in a juice blender. Add the tarator sachet. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
