Garden Veggie patties

Preparation:

Mix in a Medium sized bowl, mix the veggie powder mix with 300 ml of water. Stir well and let rest covered for 30 minutes
Form Patties form flat patties (about 10 cm in diameter) being 100-120 gram in weight.

Fry Frying:

Preheat vegetable oil. Put on Medium heat and deep fry for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked.

For Grilling:

Preheat oven (220°C) and bake in flat greased pan. Bake about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked.

Each 200g sachet can make about 4 patties.
