Veggie Burger Powder Quinoa and Beet
1- Mix: Empty the sachet of veggie burger powder mix in a bowl. Add gradually 240ml (8.1 fl oz) of water. Stir well and let it rest covered for 30 minutes
2- Form Patties:Form Flat Patties (about 10cm in diameter) being 70-80g in weight.
You can either fry or grill.
In a flat pan, preheat Vegetable oil.
Put on medium heat and deep fry for 4 minutes on each side until cooked.
Preheat oven (220 °C) and bake on flat greased pan.
Bake about 5 minutes on each side until cooked.
