Ingredients
1-2 persons
17.5 oz fish fillet
1/2 lemon zest
drizzle olive oil
sprinkle of black pepper
sprinkle of salt
1/3 cup muhamara
1/3 cup mozarella cheese, shredded
0.7 oz baby spinach
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
7 oz green beans, steamed

Preparation
1- Grill the fish fillet (drizzled with lemon and black pepper).
2- Top with prepared "Muhamara" and Cheese.
3- Roll the fish fillet and bake it 30 min at 320°F by adding water, olive oil and lemon juice.
4- Serve with steamed green beans or vegetable of choice.
