Ingredients
2 cups chopped flat parsley
1 1/4 cups tomato diced
3.95 oz pomegranate seeds
4.28 oz boiled pearl couscous
2tbps chopped fresh mint
0.9 oz sliced spring onion
seasoned with Allspice
pinch of salt
1 cup fattoush dressing

Preparation
1- Shake "Fattoush Dressing" according to package.
2- Place salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over dressing and toss. Mix all together.
Better when refrigerated before serving.
