  • Ingredients

    Serves 2 - 3 persons

    4 2/5 cups     cauliflower half way cooked 

    5 tbsp           prepared creamy hummus

                        according to package

    2 tbsp          prepared tahini sauce 

                       according to package

    1 oz             turnip, sliced

    1/3 cup        cherry tomatoes, sliced

    1/4 cup        red onions

                       sprinkle of white sesame

    0.4 oz          chickpeas

                       few leaves parsley, chopped

  • Preparation

    1- Prepare the Creamy Hummus according to the package.

    2- Prepare the shawarma marination sauce according to package. Marinate with steamed cauliflower.

    3- Oven roast cauliflower at 392°F for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

    4- Spread a thick layer of Creamy Hummus & / or harissa sauce over flat pitas,

    5- Top each of the pita bread with cooked roasted cauliflower and vegetable of choice.

    6- Garnish with parsley or micro greens and serve with Tahini sauce.
