For Sriracha Sauce Instant Powder Mix:
1. Add 400g of Cold water
2. Mix with 100g of Sriracha Sauce Instant Powder Mix for 1 minute.
For Batter Mix:
1. Add 340g Cold water
2. Mix with 85g Batter Powder Mix for 1 minute.
For the Shrimp:
1. Marinade the shrimp with sesame oil, Every Day Blend, sesame seeds, and mustard for at least 30 minutes.
2. Dip the shrimp in the Batter Mix and then coat them with the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
3. In a Pan over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F). Once hot, fry the shrimp until golden brown, maintaining a temperature of 165-170°C (329-338°F) (about 4-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
For Serving:
1. On a bowl-shaped plate, place a base of mixed lettuce.
2. Add toppings: sweet corn, red onion, green onion, radishes, mango, and the fried shrimp.
3. Add slices of avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. After serving, drizzle with the sriracha sauce and enjoy.
