Veggie Burger Kale & Cannellini
Contains Wheat/Gluten. May contain traces of: Sesame, Mustard, Celery, Milk, Eggs.
Recipe NOT Gluten Free. Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian.

Preparation
- Mix: Empty the sachet of veggie burger powder mix in a bowl. Add gradually 240ml (8.1 fl oz) of water. Stir well and let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
- Form patties: From flat patties (about 10 cm in diameter) being 70-80g in weight. You can either fry or grill

For frying
- In a flat pan, preheat Vegetable Oil. Put on medium heat and deep fry for 4 minutes on each side until cooked.

For baking
- Preheat oven (220°C) and bake on flat greased pan.1- Bake about 5 minutes on each side until cooked.
