Preparation
- Use blender
- Pour 1 cup of room temperature water in a blender.
- Add the hummus powder sachet. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
- Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil or olive oil. Keep blending until you get a creamy texture.
- Refrigerate covered before serving
