Preparation
DIP: Mix 100g Zaa’tar Mix with 100 mL Olive Oil and stir well before serving.
SPREAD: Mix 100g Zaa’tar Mix with 50 mL Olive Oil and 50 mL Vegetable Oil and stir well before serving.
SPRINKLE: Sprinkle on pizza, avocado, salads, potatoes, roasted vegetables, hummus, labneh and more! Amazing with roast chicken, breakfast eggs, garlic cheese flat bread, halloumi and feta cheese to name a few.
