Preparation
Meatless Kebab Solution:
First, mix powder with water. Then, add vegetable oil.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Form patties then grill or bake.
Creamy Hummus:
Pour water in a blender, then add hummus powder, Blend on low speed. After that, add oil.
Keep blending until you get a creamy texture.
Refrigerate covered before serving.
Muhamara Dip:
Mix Muhamara with water. Add oil then mix until you get a smooth sauce.
Refrigerate covered before serving.
