  • Ingredients

    500g Lamb Ribs (Rib Eye)

    500g Cold Water

    200g BBQ Sauce Solution Powder Mix

    4 Lettuce Mix leaves

    250g Cherry Tomatoes

    200g Red Onions

    200g White Onion

    10g Fresh Rosmary

    750g Potatoes

    60g Fresh Garlic

    10g Hard Salt

    15g Mix Peppers

    10g Seeds Sesame

    25g Olive Oil

  • Preparation

    For 2 persons

    For Ribs & Vegetables

    STEPS

    1- Preheat the oven.

    2- Cook the lamb ribs together with the cut vegetables

    3- Add olive oil, hard salt, mix peppers and rosemary.

    4- Cook them for about 30-35 min.

    5- Every 15 min flip the ribs until well cooked.

    6- Once ready, remove from the oven.

    For BBQ Sauce   

    STEPS

    500g Cold Water

    200g BBQ Sauce Solution Powder Mix

    Mix water and powder in a blender for 1 – 3 min.

    For BBQ & Ribs

    STEPS

    1- In a frying pan over medium high heat, place the BBQ sauce with a little water (50g).

    2- Reduce the heat to low, place the ribs on the hot pan with the sauce. Spread the sauce on all sides.

    3- Let them cook for 5 minutes letting the ribs absorb the flavor and the sauce.
