Mohalabiah - Mediterranean Rice Pudding with Creamy Vanilla

Preparation
- In a cooking pan, mix the contents of the packet with 4 cups (800mL) of milk.
- Stir continuously with a whisk, over low-medium heat, until mixture is thickened and smooth.
- Pour into glass serving bowls, cover the pudding directly with a sheet of plastic wrap to avoid a skin forming
- Allow to cool a bit before refrigerating. Takes 2 hours to set in the fridge.
