Preparation
Baking Powder is used to make cakes, puddings, muffins, pancakes, waffles and cookies rise. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder per 1 cup (250ml - 130g approx.) of flour ot adjust as desired. Baking Powder is a mixture of powdered compounds added to dough or cake mixture to make it rise in cooking.
