  • Preparation

      Shawarma Chicken- Marination Powder Mix

      1- Prepare sauce: mix the sachet with water. Add gradually vegetable oil.

      2- Marinade: mix the Marination sauce with sliced chicken. Let it rest covered in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight

       

      Hummus Powder Mix (Use a small food processor / blender)

      1- Pour water in a blender. Add the creamy hummus powder sachet. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.

      2- Add vegetable oil or olive oil. Keep blending until you get a creamy texture. Refrigerate covered before serving.

      Creamy Garlic Powder Mix (Use a small food processor / blender)

      1- Mix on low speed vegetable oil with garlic sachet for 30 seconds.

      2- Pour cold water and mix for 30-45 seconds. Keep blending until you get a white creamy texture.
