Preparation
Meatless Kafta:
Mix powder with water. Add oil then let it rest for 30 minutes,
Form patties then grill or bake.
Creamy Hummus:
Pour water in blender. Add hummus powder. Blend on low speed for 1 minute. Then, add oil and keep blending until you get a creamy texture.
Refrigerate covered before serving.
Red Harissa:
Mix powder with water. Add oil then keep mixing until you get a smooth sauce.
